A page does not open.

Check that the address starts with http or https and that the device is online. For local addresses, make sure the device is on the same network.

How do I leave the kiosk?

Press and hold the screen with two fingers for 5 seconds. If Lock Mode is on, enter your 4-digit PIN.

I forgot my PIN.

Delete and reinstall the app. Saved kiosks and settings will be removed.

Does the screen stay on?

Yes, the display stays awake while a kiosk is open.
